James J. Simone, CFP®, CPA
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been an entrepreneur for more than two decades. He worked as a tax consultant and accountant for Price Waterhouse before serving 11 years as a tax accountant and financial analyst for Sunoco Inc. in Philadelphia. Jim then went on to establish and serve as the CEO of Simone Financial Services, a boutique financial planning and accounting firm. Jim now serves as a Managing Partner of Simone Zajac Wealth Management Group, LLC.
Richard A. Zajac, CFP®, CPA
Rick has an extensive financial planning background, including 17+ years as a CPA and 9 years of experience as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional. Those skills are complemented by the 10+ years he served as pension manager and later as medical plans manager for a Fortune 500 company. Rick prides himself on being an independent financial planner and is able to simplify complex financial topics into terms that clients can better understand, increasing the transparency of the entire financial planning process. Rick became a CPA in 1990 and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 1999. He regularly attends conferences and seminars to keep abreast of leading edge financial planning topics.
Daniel R. Zajac, CFP®, CLU
Daniel is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional who has extensive experience working with mass market, high net worth, and business owner clientele. In his role as Partner with Simone Zajac Wealth Management, Daniel is responsible for long-term strategic business planning, is actively involved in new business development, serves as a lead advisor with existing clients, and is charged with leading negotiations on strategic business acquisitions. He has also written at length about financial planning, and for his work he has been included in the list of the top 50 Financial Advisor Blogs and a list of the 100 Most Influential Financial Advisors on Social Media.
Benjamin R. Zajac, CFP®
Ben is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional who is deeply knowledgeable and experienced in various aspects of financial planning. He works closely with clients to help them make the best possible decisions for today and for their future. His areas of focus include investment, income, insurance and retirement planning. He is also active in the Chambers of Commerce and other community activities in the areas where he works and resides.
Denise has been working directly under Jim Simone for more than 12 years. Prior to this, she spent 20 years as the office manager for a small manufacturing firm. Denise enjoys assisting clients and responding to inquiries, ensuring the accuracy of client records and maintaining strong client relationships.
Tracy Franciscus (Zajac) joined Simone Zajac Wealth Management Group, LLC as the administrative assistant in 2005. Prior to that, she was the Human Resources and Benefits manager for a 100+ employee group headquartered in West Chester, PA. Tracy’s primary responsibility is providing a flawless customer service experience for every client of the firm. She is an operations and systems expert, and at Simone Zajac, she oversees a wide range of areas, including compliance, licensing, operations, office administration and processing.
